Casual kilt made in the Black Watch Tartan.

The Black Watch is a Scottish infantry regiment which fought together with the Galician army in 1809 during the Napoleonic Wars. Known at the time as the '42nd Royal Highland Regiment of Foot', the Black Watch played a major part in the Allied victory against the French at the Battle of Corunna and the Battle of Ponte-San-Paio, where the Kingdom of Galicia was liberated on the 8th June 1809. The tartan colour combination, dark blue and green, was originally designed for camouflage.

Made of acrylic fabric, standard 6 yards tartan.

Ideal for wearing in festivals, sport events, re-enactment...
